Important Notes:

  • In Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Out of Hours: Evenings (after 5pm), Weekends, and Bank Holidays (Out of hours availability is not guaranteed!)
  • Parts & Materials: Cost of hardware parts will be charged separately at cost with no markup
  • Minimum Call-out: £50 minimum charge applies to all in-hours visits
  • Quick Fix Guarantee: For diagnostics only, if resolved within 15 minutes, charged only Distance charges.
  • Travel Time: Included in the distance charges above
  • Estimates: Free quotations available upon request before work commences
  • All prices exclude VAT where applicable
